Abbot Kinney Shopping Experience

I was in Venice, California shopping yesterday, strolling up and down Abbot Kinney. I noticed some very interesting new trends. They were mostly high waisted wide leg jeans, stylish hair accessories, jewelry for shoes, and circle scarfs. Below are some examples of some of my favorites, check it out!

Sad or Concerned?

I'm not sure if I should be sad or concerned about the news I heard a few days ago. Shu Uemura has announced they are exiting the American Market. After the brand exits, there is only two ways to get your hands on this beautiful merchandise. By the Shu Uemura website or importing it from another country. I am saddened by this news, this is truly a wonderfully brand. Come to find out the reason they are pulling their merchandise from the U.S. is so they can focus on larger brands in their portfolio.

Just the thought of not being able to get my hands on my favorite cleansing oil, freaks me out just a little bit. Will you miss Shu Uemura, what are your thoughts?
